On Thursday, 18 June, 2026, The Tunisia Investment Authority had the pleasure of welcoming Ms. Nam Ilwoo, Country Director of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) in Tunisia, with the presence of representatives of the KOICA Alumni Association of Tunisia (KAAT). The meeting focused on exploring avenues to strengthen cooperation between the two institutions, particularly in the fields of investment and digitalization.

The meeting provided an opportunity to present TIA’s role within the Tunisian investment ecosystem, as well as the National Investment Platform project and its contribution to enhancing the efficiency and accessibility of investment services for both Tunisian and foreign investors.

This meeting marks a first step toward establishing fruitful cooperation between TIA and KOICA, with the objective of benefiting from Korean expertise in investment-related fields, particularly in the digitalization of investment services.

At the end of the meeting, both sides reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening cooperation and building a sustainable partnership between the two institutions.
