Ensure the permanent secretariat of the Higher Council for Investment
Examine, assess, and monitor projects of national interest, propose related incentives, and submit them to the Higher Council for Investment.
Evaluate investment policies and propose reforms and measures to improve the investment climate, in consultation with the private sector.
